All About Me
My business started out in 2019 when i bought a tiny little "canned-ham" camper off of craigslist. i was 21 years old and determined to fix it up and have my own little daydream come to life. I quickly found out that the camper would be a complete renovation! so i quickly got to work and less than a year later "little Frannie Photo Booth" was ready & operating!
But the fun didn't stop there...I have always had a growing passion for vintage items and planning events. Blessed to be operating Little Frannie every weekend I was able to work on my event business on the side and grow "The Knack Company" into an event rental and styling business. almost 2 years later i had an amazing opportunity to purchase a historic building right here in my hometown of nevada, missouri. I am spending all of my free time renovating and getting the space ready to have a showroom and open my own little venue, "Gritty Bricks Event Venue".
As a child i always wondered where i would end up, whether it be my hometown or somewhere else in this big world. in my college years i lived in a few different towns but always felt my best self in my hometown. starting a business and getting to share it with the community i grew up in has truly filled my heart. Little did I know what kind of fire that little camper would start in my heart! none of this would be possible without this amazing community i call "home" as well as the support from my family, friends, and my fiancé/high school sweetheart.
